Minimum requirements
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the implementation of IT tools, Network, and Cybersecurity projects. The role focuses on project management, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, and management reporting.
4 to 7 years of experience in Technical or IT Project Management.
Exposure to IT infrastructure, Network, and Cybersecurity domains.
Experience managing tool implementation projects.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of IT, Network, and Cybersecurity tool implementation projects.
Create and track project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Network, Cybersecurity) and external vendors.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and escalate issues when required.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope, cost, and timelines.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and updates for management.
Support UAT coordination, documentation, and project handover to operations teams.
Ensure alignment with organizational policies and security standards.
