Key Responsibilities
1. Contract & Transaction Management
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage domestic and international contracts end-to-end
Handle software licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, PBH (Power-by-the-Hour) aircraft maintenance contracts, procurement contracts, and marketing/commercial tie-ups
Support business teams during contract structuring and commercial negotiations
2. Strategic Advisory & Compliance
Advise internal stakeholders on non-tax legal matters including Aviation Law, Company Law, and Competition Law
Guide business teams on regulatory requirements and compliance obligations
Proactively identify legal risks and bottlenecks in new business initiatives and provide practical, solution-oriented advice
3. Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Manage litigation strategy for the assigned business vertical
Handle matters related to consumer forums, civil litigation, and labor/employment disputes
Brief, coordinate, and manage external law firms and counsels, ensuring quality representation and cost efficiency
4. Process Excellence & Knowledge Management
Develop, standardize, and update contract templates and legal documents to improve turnaround time and consistency
Track and monitor regulatory updates from DGCA, BCAS, and IATA
Disseminate relevant legal and regulatory updates to internal business teams
