Minimum requirements
Minimum 5 Years of experience in Training & Licensing. Qualification – Graduate in any stream. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Analytical and planning skills. High integrity & Team Player.
Key Responsibilities
(1) To ensure that the training activities are monitored for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, and any additional requirements as established by the company, and to ensure the good functioning of the compliance monitoring system within the training activities of the company. (2) To co-ordinate all matters relating to flight operational standards, regulations/provisions and training in order to ensure a safe, efficient and cost effective operation. (3) To ensure in co-operation with crew planning and the flight operations administration that all training and checks of the crew members are conducted in due time, in order to guarantee that the applicable regulations.
