Minimum requirements

- Freshers or up to 6 months of experience. - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (BBA/BBM - Aviation). - Basic knowledge of HR analytics and data analysis tools. - Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel. - Strong presentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated HR Analytics Trainee to assist in data analysis and provide insights to improve HR strategies. You will help in generating reports, tracking HR metrics, and creating presentations. - Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting of HR metrics. - Create reports and presentations using MS PowerPoint and MS Word. - Support data-driven decision-making and HR process improvements.
