Key Responsibilities
➢ Verification of item with respect to GRN/Serviceable Tag
➢ Binning of serviceable/new item into stock.
➢ Responsible for disposal file preparation and circulation for unserviceable items.
➢ Binning of item in location and maintenance of store/bin master data.
➢ Updation and maintenance of electronic /physical store record like on-off register/loan register/tool register etc
➢ Storage of items as recommended by regulatory authority, mentioned in MOE/EPM and any other relevant documents. To ensure that no item is kept in store without proper tag/life.
➢ Maintenance of stores as per regulatory requirement. Maintaining temperature and humidity as per the requirement specified.
➢ Issue of items to users after verification of proper authorization.
➢ Follow up with Engineering for return of defective components/unserviceable components.
➢ Regular verification of asset/ stock with respect to ERP system.
➢ Monitoring of shelf life / storage life /calibration period.
➢ Stock Transfer to other location on receipt of the request and follow up till item get transferred in to that location.
➢ Keep track of hold & unserviceable items.
➢ Review daily the line station requirements and cater to the needs with proper documentation.
➢ Ensure a proper follow up for import/export of aircraft spares, consumables etc. & coordinate with freight forwarders & clearing agencies as required.
➢ Reporting of safety related issues to Manager –Stores for necessary corrective and preventive action
➢ Any other tasks delegated by Manager-Stores & Logistics
