Minimum requirements

Minimum 10 years of Experience in Inflight Department. At least 5 years as Senior Cabin Crew. Minimum 5 years as a SEP Instructor. Qualified through training, experience, and expertise. Thorough understanding of aviation safety standards and practices. Valid SEP instructor license. Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution. Ability to perform duties in compliance with DGCA regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of all flight activities by maintaining optimal availability of Cabin Crew at all times, in full compliance with DGCA regulations and without any violations. Ensure that all crew training sessions are conducted promptly and in accordance with DGCA approved trainings programs. Guarantee the seamless execution of catering operations across the entire Star Air network. Ensure that all cabin safety training manuals are approved, up-to-date, and complaint with DGCA requirements.
