Minimum requirements

Qualification: A relevant engineering degree (B.E / B. Tech) or an AME qualification with additional education acceptable to DGCA Experience: At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a position that exercised operational control in the aviation industry sector. A relevant work experience of which at least two years should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position. Skill required: Must-Have In-depth knowledge of CAR M CAR 145 airworthiness regulations and standards & SMS and understanding of Quality Management system. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with regulatory authorities, senior management, and technical teams. High attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. An appropriate combination of experience in tasks related to aircraft maintenance and/or continuing airworthiness management (engineering) and/or surveillance of such tasks, thorough knowledge with the organisation's continuing airworthiness management exposition.

Key Responsibilities
To ensure that all company aircraft and related systems meet the required airworthiness standards Monitor changes in airworthiness regulations. To ensure that the organizations practices and procedures are updated accordingly. Oversee the certification of new aircraft designs, modifications, and repairs, including the preparation and submission of relevant documentation to regulatory authorities. Manage the issuance and renewal of Certificates of Airworthiness and Special Flight Permits in coordination with the regulatory authorities. Ensure all modifications, repairs, and maintenance activities are approved and certified in compliance with applicable regulations. Lead the continuous airworthiness management activities, ensuring that aircraft are maintained in an airworthy condition throughout their operational life. Develop and implement procedures for tracking and managing airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and other mandatory requirements. Oversee the preparation of aircraft maintenance programs and ensure they are executed effectively. Lead and manage the Airworthiness team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the teams effectiveness and professional growth. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure airworthiness compliance across all operations Represent the company in meetings and communications with regulatory authorities, industry bodies, and other stakeholders. Ensure that all airworthiness-related documentation, including compliance records, certification data, and maintenance logs, are accurately maintained and readily accessible.
