Location: Bengaluru Experience: 5–6 Years Industry Preference: Aviation experience (1–2 years) is highly preferred. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager / Manager - Marketing to lead our comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a true 360-degree marketer who bridges the gap between traditional media (ATL) and on-ground activation (BTL), while integrating modern digital channels (OTT/Online). You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, media buying, and vendor management to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition. Required Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of progressive experience in a marketing role. • Media Expertise: Proven track record of executing large-scale campaigns across Print, TV, Radio, and OOH. • Digital Savviness: Experience with OTT advertising and general digital marketing principles. • Vendor Skills: Strong capability in vendor coordination, negotiation, and relationship management. Preferred Qualifications: • Industry Context: 1–2 years of experience in the Aviation sector is strongly preferred. • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects) is a significant advantage. • Education: MBA or Master’s degree in marketing or communications. Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities 1. 360° Campaign Strategy & Execution • Plan and execute high-impact ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns. • Manage media planning and buying across diverse channels, including Newspaper (Print), OOH (Billboards/Airport Media), TV, FM Radio, and OTT platforms. • Ensure seamless integration of offline campaigns with online digital strategies to maximise reach. 2. Vendor & Agency Management • Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, media buying houses, and vendors. • Negotiate rates, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and media slots. • Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality standards and cost-effectiveness. 3. Creative Oversight & Production • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives for various formats. • Hands-on Contribution: Utilise proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects) to make quick edits, approve designs, or create internal assets when necessary. 4. Performance Monitoring & Budgeting • Track the ROI of offline and online campaigns. • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently across different media channels.
