Minimum requirements

1. Degree in Aeronautical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME). 2. Knowledge of DGCA regulations including CAR-145, CAR-M, and Aircraft Rules. 3. Experience: o Technical Officer: Minimum 2 years in Aviation Maintenance / Quality / CAMO. o Senior Technical Officer: Minimum 3 years in Aviation Maintenance / Quality / CAMO. Preferred Skills 1. Knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks (DGCA / ICAO). 2. Internal audit and compliance monitoring skills. 3. Root Cause Analysis and investigation capability. 4. Technical documentation and manual control experience. 5. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER QUALITY JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Monitor compliance with regulations issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Aircraft Rules, and approved organisational procedures. 2. Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with approved manuals such as AMM, CMM, MOE, CAME, and other regulatory requirements. 3. Conduct and/or support internal quality audits and surveillance of departments including Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance, Stores & Logistics, CAMO, and Training. 4. Prepare audit reports, observations, and maintain records of audit findings. 5. Track and monitor closure of internal audit findings, DGCA audit observations. 6. Monitor implementation and effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). 7. Maintain and control revisions of regulatory manuals such as MOE, CAME, Quality Manuals, and Procedures. 8. Ensure proper document control, revision tracking, and distribution of approved manuals. 9. Track changes in DGCA CARs, circulars, and regulatory requirements and coordinate necessary compliance implementation. 10. Assist in submission and monitoring of regulatory applications, approvals, and compliance reports through the eGCA. 11. Maintain records of regulatory correspondence, approvals, and submissions. 12. Coordinate for scope enhancement and new approval of line and base stations. 13. Support investigation of technical incidents, defects, and occurrences in coordination with the Safety Department. 14. Maintain quality records including audit reports, compliance checklists, investigation reports, and training records. 15. Amend manuals such as MOE, CAME and its procedure manuals. 16. Assist in issuance/renewal of Authorisations. 17. Coordinate regulatory inspections and audits and support preparation of compliance responses and reports. 18. Prepare compliance status reports, audit summaries, and management review reports. 19. Conduct regulatory awareness sessions and quality briefings for engineering personnel when required. 20. Coordinate / carryout training for Engineering personnel.
