Minimum requirements

Qualification: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred. Experience: -Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the airline industry, specifically within network, sales, or revenue departments. -Proven track record of identifying and implementing revenue growth strategies. Skills: -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. -Strong project management skills. Attributes: -Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth Analysis: - Analyze current revenue streams and identify opportunities for growth. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue across all commercial functions. 2. Network Optimization: - Evaluate the airline's route network to identify underperforming routes and potential new markets. - Recommend adjustments to the network to maximize profitability and efficiency. 3. Sales Performance: - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Work with the sales team to develop strategies to increase ticket sales and market share. 4. Revenue Management: - Analysing pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning. - Identify and address revenue drip points and implement corrective measures. 5. Charter and Ancillary Services: - Evaluate the performance of charter services and ancillary revenue streams. - Develop strategies to enhance the profitability of these services. 6. Fleet Utilization: - Analyze fleet utilization data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. - Recommend strategies to optimize fleet deployment and reduce operational costs. 7. Collaboration and Reporting: - Work closely with all commercial teams, including network planning, sales, marketing, and revenue management. - Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to the CCO and other senior management. 8. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to gather insights from various data sources. - Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and inform decision-making. 9. Market Research: - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Use insights from market research to inform strategic decisions. 10. Project Management: - Lead and manage projects aimed at improving commercial performance and revenue growth. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
