Minimum requirements

Interpersonal Skills - Expert B. Functional Competencies Proficiency Level (Expert/Moderate/Basic) 1. Knowledge of Service Training - Expert 2. Knowledge of Food and beverages - Expert 3. Knowhow of Aviation Industry - Expert/Moderate Education & Experience Qualifications : 1) Graduate / Post graduate with 4 -5 years of experience in designing and delivering training soft skills program for a mid to large sized organization. 2) Should have worked in a digital environment / developed digital training content. 3) Should have designed and delivered blended training program modules. 4) Educational Qualifications (Include additional certificate required, if any), ISTD or similar certification. 5) Desirable: Experience in aviation academy or service training with airline or Served as Crew or Customer Services professional.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver Induction of new joiners to Star air 2. Customer Service Training for Airport Services Staff 3. Participates in Cabin Crew and Customer Service Staff recruitment to ensure right (trainable) quality of Induction (on need basis) 4. Builds uniform Customer Service Culture across the organization through Training and Awareness programs 5. Carries out Periodic audits on ground as well as inflight service to evaluate consistency of Customer Service delivery 6. Develop library of digital content / online program capsules for customer service personnel to take online for their development. 7. Support HR Head in designing learning paths for Executive to Director roles in the in the organization 8. Maintain and share monthly MIS of Training / induction program conducted 9. Be part of various organizational Development program that Head HR will be driving quarterly / annually 10. Design and deliver various performance management soft skills / performance process training to staff
