Education & Experience Qualifications :
1) Graduate / Post graduate with 4 -5 years of experience in designing and delivering training soft skills program for a mid to large sized organization.
2) Should have worked in a digital environment / developed digital training content.
3) Should have designed and delivered blended training program modules.
4) Educational Qualifications (Include additional certificate required, if any), ISTD or similar certification.
5) Desirable: Experience in aviation academy or service training with airline or Served as Crew or Customer Services professional.
