Educational Qualification: 12th, Pursuing Graduation / Graduate. Eligibility Criteria: Age - 18 -27 yrs Experience:- Minimum 0-6 Months 2 Way Cab The job involves handling inbound and outbound calls of StarAir external/internal customers pertaining to bookings, rescheduling, queries, complaint handling, and facilitation over the call. 1. To respond to questions about airline regulations, and assist customers with their travel plans. 2. Adherence to departmental productivity standards 3. Additionally, the Reservation Executive could be involved in offering and selling competitive prices & packages
Key Responsibilities
1. Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada. 2. Confidence and ability to handle passengers and provide only the best customer service. 3. The candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts
