Minimum requirements

Qualification- B. Tech Aeronautical Experience - Minimum 03 years experience in Airline Engineering Activity. Preferable - Tech Services and Maintenance planning Experience. Skill Required: 1.Technical Expertise & understanding of engineering principles, systems, and technologies relevant to the Airline industry. 2. Project Management Skills 3. Analytical Skills -Ability to analyze complex technical data and make data-driven decisions. 4. Proficient in MS Excel, Advance Excel, Pivot Table, Dashboard presentation, Power BI. 5. Excellent communication Skill.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Senior Project Manager in coordinating various projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met. 2. Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects/tasks directly aligned with the Engineering, CAMO & Quality team. 3. Collaborate with different departments to gather information, analyse business processes, and improvements. 4. Prepare meeting agendas, prepare MOM of project meetings, and following up on action items. 5. Serve as a liaison between the CEO Office and various departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals. 6. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding project activities. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in aviation technology, and assess their potential impact on the airline’s strategy. 8. Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze technical and operational data to provide insights that inform decision-making at the executive level. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the Executive team, summarizing project status, risks, and recommendations. 9. Identify potential risks in ongoing projects and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. 10. Work closely with finance and resource planning teams to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on time. 11. Manage resources effectively, optimizing the use of both human and technical resources to achieve project goals. 12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the airline by identifying areas for technological innovation and process optimization. 13. Prepare high-level executive summaries, dashboards, and briefing documents, focusing on the status of key technical projects and strategic initiatives.
