Minimum requirements

1. Graduate in any field with proven experience in office administration and facility management. 2. Minimum experience of 2-3 years is mandatory in the similar role 3. Excellent communication with good interpersonal skills is essential. 4. Fluency English, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory Spoken, Written, Reading 5. Excellent organizational, leadership skills with familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles pre-requisite. 6. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and Excel essential.

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain, coordinate general office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies 2. Supervise housekeeping staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance and upkeep of office 3. Manage Travel and Hotel arrangements for all Employees official travel requests. 4. Maintain and manage official correspondence, landlord & Vendor management. 5. Identify, negotiate and appoint supply chain vendors for office supplies, printing and stationery and other related administrative needs. 6. Submit timely attendance reports, vehicle management and maintenance 7. Interacting with Local government bodies like BESCOM, Telecom, Panchayats and BBMP authorities. 8. Conduct periodical inventory of office stationery and other materials. 9. Coordinate, manage drivers and vehicles movement to ensure timely solutions 10. Maintain employee relations and always be available at times of emergency 11. Excellent knowledge of Travel bookings - Train, Flight and Hotel bookings is mandatory. 12. Should possess good working knowledge of online portals related to travel and hotels management. 13. Good knowledge on contractual agreements and labour and legal issues.
