Minimum requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in revenue management, marketing, or a related field within the airline industry. 3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ancillary revenue strategies. 4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. 5. Proficiency in revenue management systems and data analytics tools. Job Summary: The position will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize ancillary revenue streams for the airline. This role involves identifying new revenue opportunities, optimizing existing services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, marketing, and customer service within the airline industry.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development -Develop and implement a comprehensive ancillary revenue strategy aligned with the airline's overall business objectives. -Identify and evaluate new ancillary revenue opportunities, including partnerships, new products, and services. 2. Ancillary Revenue Optimization -Analyse current ancillary revenue streams and identify areas for improvement. -Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue. -Monitor and report on the performance of ancillary revenue initiatives. 3. Product Management: -Oversee the development and management of ancillary products and services, such as baggage fees, seat selection, in-flight services, and travel insurance. -Ensure that all ancillary products and services meet customer needs and enhance the overall travel experience. 4. Partnerships and Alliances: -Establish and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and service providers to enhance ancillary offerings. -Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. 5. Customer Experience: -Work closely with the customer service and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. -Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve ancillary products and services. 6. Data Analysis and Reporting -Utilize data analytics to track and measure the performance of ancillary revenue initiative's -Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations 7. Team Leadership: -Lead and mentor a team of professionals responsible for ancillary revenue management -Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
