4+ years of experience with airline reservations and ticketing Fluent in English, both oral and written Adept in Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR) Qualification : Graduate
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries within 24 hours and grievances within 72 hours Liaise with relevant departments to investigate and resolve any grievance Provide feedback to the concerned departments to implement service standards for better customer experience
