Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute brand communication strategy across all platforms (digital & offline).
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Shape and communicate the vision and mission.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics.
- Proven acumen in planning & executing multi-media campaigns for objective-oriented ROI- based marketing plans; managing profit center operations to achieve business objectives and ensure top & bottom-line profitability by implementing Business Development strategies.
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand &PR initiatives, Digital marketing, etc.
- Lead creative development in digital marketing to motivate the target audience to take action.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets and competitors activities.
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product value propositions, marketing communication for projects, and media planning by selecting the best vendors & communication partners.
- Make a Marketing calendar for the year in consciences with different cross-functional teams & execute it to generate leads.
- Analyzing market trends to identify opportunities in the brand portfolio, planning and supervised various marketing strategies as per the need.
