2. Pilot-in-Command (PIC): Minimum 1,000 hours
3. License: Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
4. Aircraft Experience: Experience on Embraer E175 is highly desirable
5. Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
6. Instrument Rating: Valid IR required
