Minimum requirements

Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate, preferably a graduate in Tourism, travel Experience: 6 month to 1+ Years of experience in travel desk or corporate travel experience. Strong coordination and communication skills. Familiarity with OTAs and travel booking tools. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, cab, and train bookings, along with vendor coordination and travel support for employees. Handle flight, hotel, cab, and train bookings as per company policy. Coordinate with OTAs, travel agencies, hotels, and transport vendors for best rates and timely service. Manage travel itineraries, confirmations, changes, and cancellations. Maintain travel records, invoices, and ensure compliance with travel guidelines. Support employees with travel-related queries and last-minute requirements. Prepare basic travel MIS reports for approvals and finance reconciliation.
